A Group Cruise is generally 8 or more staterooms traveling together on the same ship and sailing date. It's that simple. If you can convince just a few more people to join you on your cruise, then you could qualify for additional group discounts.

Getting Started

The Littles' Travel love Pied Pipers, if you can get eight cabins instead of five cabins to cruise, you may even get to cruise for FREE. Who qualifies for a group? Anyone and everyone! The possibilities are endless. All you have to do is start speaking to everyone you know about their interest in taking a group cruise vacation. 

You should begin planning your Group Cruise at least six months to one year in advance. Most cruise lines have their schedules out almost two months in advance. This gives you plenty of time to:

• Lock into Early Booking Discounts and Group Rates

• Give notice for everyone to clear their schedules

• Secure staterooms in the desired categories and locations

• Ensure your preferred Dining Times

• Collect the minimum deposit and allow group members to make payments on their cruise if they prefer

The value of this berth is returned to the group leader after the group has sailed (in order to account for last minute cancellations). The amount of this tour conductor refund is based on the average cost of all staterooms booked for the group.

Because you have done all the work bringing the group to us, we will give you the earned Tour Conductor Credits to do with as you want. If you are that "Tour Conductor" and would like to keep the earned credit for your own berth, it's yours. If you would like to give this as an incentive for others to book into your group, it's theirs.If this group is for a fundraiser, give the credit to the organization as extra funds earned outside of what you earn for each cabin after the sailing.

We are able to suggest the appropriate cruise line and itinerary for your needs. We are able to select a variety of stateroom types ranging from interior to suites, and make sure they are as close together (or far apart) as possible.

Our goal was to create a group program that didn’t overwhelm the group leader with any accounting or administration processes.
